Another Modern Home Sold! 100 Old Oak Rd in North Barrington
I’ve sold another modern home! Congrats to my clients, who just closed on the sale of their amazing Mid-Mod Med time capsule home in North Barrington. Other than updating of systems such as the roof and HVAC, the home was largely unchanged since when it was built in 1968. It was an absolute pleasure working with my clients, who are the children of the couple who had the home built. 100 Old Oak Rd closed on December 28th, 2018 for $480,000 in an “as-is” transaction / estate sale.
