Another Modern Home Sold! 3338 Prairie Wind Road in Long Grove
I’ve sold another modern home! This time, it’s the incredible masterpiece designed by Dennis Blair, built in 1959 and then largely rebuilt in 1999 by the original owners. Since then, it changed hands twice, most recently to my clients, who worked with Blair before he passed away a few years ago to improve the home even more with a spectacular modern kitchen & open dining room, plus other modifications, all with Blair’s input and blessing. It was an honor to list and market this singular property. 3338 Prairie Wind Road closed on November 1st, 2018 for $1,150,000 after being on the market just one day.
