Another Modern Home Sold! 1024 Fair Oaks Ave in Oak Park
Congrats to my clients, who just closed on the sale of their beautiful Mid-Century Modern home in Oak Park, designed by John M. Considine. It was a pleasure to list the home for them, and share the story of the house from it’s conception to the present day. The new owners are a very lucky family who I’m certain will love the home’s fantastic design and location! 1024 Fair Oaks Ave was on the market just 6 days before going to contract, and closed on June 26th.
