GONE! One of Two Don Erickson “Chalet Modern” Homes Hits the Market Again

Don Erickson’s Seidel Residence first hit the market in 2018 after the home’s original owner, Jerry Seidel, passed away. The people who purchased the home are apparently relocating out of state for work.

They’ve made numerous changes to the home, including new flooring, paint, a new kitchen, all new baths, and more.
